Sunil was born 1966 at West Bengal. He has a Diploma in Visual arts (drawing and painting) from Indian College of arts and Draftsmanship in Kolkata. He has participated in various art exhibitions and camps in and around West Bengal. He has also participated in exhibitions organized by Academy of Fine arts, Kolkata. He has been awarded from various organizations in Kolkata.
